One of my favorite childrens books....maybe because there's a hint of a spanking?
Frances is a little Baby Girl Badger who gives her Loving Daddy a hard time about going to bed.
She pulled off the covers and stood on her bed so she could look out the window. She saw a moth bumping against the window. Bump and Thump. His wings smacked the glass Whack and Smack! Whack and Smack made Frances think of a SPANKING. All of a sudden she was tired.
